My oldest son crawled "commando" style and never-ever the traditional forward way. He is 6 and has had speech/articulation problems his whole life . He had speech therapy when he was 2-3 and we are starting again this month. Very interesting research connection between crawling and language/cognative skills! VERY interesting.
