Edmonds Kindermusik Summer Camps

All Kindermusik classes will be held in Room 114 at the Frances Anderson Center, located 700 Main Street in downtown Edmonds.

Registration is a two step process. Please call Edmonds Parks and Recreation at 425.771.0230 to register (class numbers can be found here), and then complete the Studio3Music registration form from the links below or the online registration form on our website. First Session – June 23 to July 21

Tub Tunes – Newborn to 18 months with caregiver

It’s all the fun of bath time, without ever getting wet! Splish splash with your rubber ducky, take a trip on the Yellow Submarine and play with bubbles. Tub Tunes encourages your child to uncover an engaging musical world while building self-control, coordination and communication skills. Come sing, dance, play instruments and make music with us!

Fees: $60 resident tuition, $25 materials fees
Class Length: 45 minutes

Silly All Over -17 months to 3 1/2 years with caregiver

Laugh a little and get silly all over! We will listen to silly sounds, move in silly ways, and read a story about a mouse that puts clothes on all the wrong places. Catch a case of the giggles! Come sing songs and rhymes, play instruments, dance, move, learn musical concepts and have lots of fun.

Fees: $60 resident tuition, $25 materials fees ($10 per sibling)

Out and About – Newborn to 6 years with caregiver

Gross motor skills and vocabulary are given a workout as we take pretend musical adventures to the mountains, the beach, and go on bike rides and picnics as we spend time in the great outdoors. We’ll play instruments, enhance vocal development, and learn musical concepts through activities that promote problem solving, self-confidence and individual expression.

Fees: $60 resident tuition, $25 materials fees ($10 per sibling)
Class Length: 45 minutes

Second Session – July 28 to August 25

This Little Piggy – Newborn to 3 months with caregiver

From head to shoulders, and knees to toes, this class is jammed packed with playful musical activities wrapped around nursery rhymes. We’ll dance and do finger plays to promote body awareness, and read stories and sing songs to enhance your child’s language development. Instrument play assists in fine motor development, and a classroom full of friends rounds out the fun.

Marvelous Me
17 months to 3 1/2 years with caregiver

We’ll cover pattern games and body awareness from head to toe. In class we’ll listen for patterns and repeated phrases in the music, which develops your child’s early math skills and self-esteem. you and your child will uncover an engaging musical world together in a warm and welcoming community. You’ll enjoy singing, moving, interacting socially and playing instruments.

Splash!
Newborn to 6 years with caregiver

Let’s take a trip to the ocean! Along the way, we’ll encourage budding social skills and a growing vocabulary, while learning to understand the world through opposites. We’ll also think and talk and sing songs in patterns of 3s. We’ll play instruments, dance, and learn musical concepts through activities that promote problem solving, self-confidence and individual expression.

Fees: $60 resident tuition, $25 materials fees ($10 per sibling)
